Grace is like the moonlight, shining equally everywhere. In the deep green jungle, in the ocean, in the rice paddies, in the desert – everywhere. Grace is the pervasive, all inclusive love of the Divine shining on all of us unconditionally.

But, we have an umbrella of doubt, fear and unwillingness to become. That’s what blocks grace.

It is important to take time to pause and reflect so we can open the door to Divine grace. Self reflection, refining concentration of the mind without mind’s interruption by concentrating on the best object – THE BREATH. The mind feels nurtured and secure,  removing the umbrella that blocks grace.
