About Stacey Dee

I have been teaching yoga and meditation for over than twenty-five years. I have held certifications in Anusara and ParaYoga as well as Pre-Natal Yoga. I have a strong knowledge of structural alignment and body mechanics as well as a deep understanding of the breath and the power it has to change us physically & emotionally. For the past two decades, I have been a dedicated spiritual student of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait and The Tantric path of Sri Vidya (where desire seeks nothing less than it’s own limitless kingdom) and the lineage of the Himalayan Masters. The belief that we are the embodiment of the divine and that through the grace of love we find our own unbound freedom touches the heart and soul of my teaching.

In addition to group classes, I offer private consultations for those who are seeking assistance with health, well-being & hoping to create a transformative life experience.

My understanding of yoga therapeutics, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and herbal and nutritional studies helps me to create a personalized ritual for vitality and a renewed spirit.
